About the [Y]volve Publishing Arts Program

[Y]volve Publishing is a free teen publishing arts program that provides Chicago high school students with hands-on experiences in taking a book from concept to sale as they select and produce small print collections of creative writing by their peers through the Teen Chapbook Series. The Teen Chapbook Series offers young writers the space and opportunity to come in with a story and leave out a pubished author. [Y]volve employs a model of creative workforce development to expose young people to possible future careers in the literary arts and more in a fun, action- and impact-based environment.
