HOW DO WE SELECT THE BOOKS?
Each subscriber will fill out a short preliminary survey before our staff makes the first selection. This survey will give us an idea of what to select, as well as what NOT to select, for a subscriber.
HOW LONG DOES A SUBSCRIPTION LAST?
Volumes offers both six-month and twelve-month options. Payment plans are available if a customer prefers not to pay for an entire subscription in one transaction. We are also willing to stagger the arrival of the books to suit each subscriber's reading schedule. For example, some subscribers can receive their books every other month, rather than month by month.
HOW DO I "GIFT" THIS?
Easy. We have cards that introduce the recipient to the program - directing them to our questionnaire and the program onboarding. We can send them the car direct, or we can send it to you, first. In case you want to jump-start things, you can point them to the questionnaire to get going!

WHAT HAPPENS IF A SUBSCRIBER IS DISSATISFIED WITH A SELECTION?
Volumes accepts exchanges for subscription books in-store only, and only if the book is in sellable (brand-new) condition. That said, let us know if you don't like a book. Odds are you'll get a little bonus to make up for it in the following month's package.
CAN I DO THIS FOR PICK UP? I'M WORRIED ABOUT PACKAGE THEFT
Yeah, we totally understand that gripe. Yes. You can definitely do in-store pick up. The price is obviously lower in this case. We can work that out with you in-store.
ARE THEY HARDCOVERS OR PAPERBACKS?
MOST of the books will be paperbacks. If we did all hardcovers, it would be cost prohibitive for everyone involved. We may sneak a hardcover or two in there if we absolutely think you need that book (it happens).
